SOC is designed to keep resident data protected while enabling planning and preparedness features. Privacy settings and role-based access controls determine how data is used in the platform.

What data is used

  • map features you create for planning context

How access is controlled

  • users can access their own resident/profile context
  • elevated roles have scoped access based on assignment and permission rules
  • protected routes require authentication

Your responsibilities

  • keep contact and profile data accurate
  • sign out on shared devices
  • report suspicious account activity promptly

Privacy best practices

  • avoid sharing login credentials
  • update password if you receive unexpected account notices
  • review profile data periodically and remove stale details where possible
