Project Team
Teams and contributors involved in delivering the SOC platform.
The project team includes community participants, operational contributors, and delivery partners. This page should provide a clear public view of who contributes and what each group is responsible for.
Team structure
Document contributors by function rather than informal labels, for example:
- project leadership and governance
- community coordination and engagement
- platform and technical delivery
- operations, communications, and support
Responsibility model
For each team group, capture:
- primary responsibilities
- decision or approval boundaries
- key collaboration interfaces with other groups
Publication guidance
- include only names and roles approved for public listing
- keep role descriptions current when responsibilities change
- avoid publishing personal contact details unless explicitly approved
